Sara Chaplin

Owner and Founder Sara Chaplin's journey into yoga began soon after college, and it immediately resonated with her. The practice fulfilled a deep longing, providing a supportive haven to release tension, alleviate stress, and reconnect with her authentic self. Since 2004, Sara has immersed herself in an ongoing exploration of both the physical and philosophical dimensions of yoga. On the mat, Sara brings a delightful mix of lightheartedness and playfulness, creating a welcoming space for practitioners to relax and embrace the present moment. As an eager learner, she approaches each class with curiosity, always seeking new insights and personal growth.

Alina Hokanson

Alina began her journey with yoga in 2007 and has been teaching yoga since 2010. She creates a nurturing and supportive environment in her classes. Alina’s classes are melodic, inspiring and accessible. She thinks that when one can come into a space where they think less and feel more that clarity is amplified not only on the mat but in everyday life. Alina grew up in Colorado where the mountains continue to be her playground. She has a strong passion for travel and exploration. For her, there is so much inspiration to be drawn from the rhythms of nature. She is a forever student, not only of yoga but of life.

Questions

Can I share a room with someone else?

We’d be happy to arrange this, although most people joining us on their own seem to like their own room. We normally put people in a shared room if they’re traveling together and request it specifically – friends, siblings, couples etc. However, if we do get requests from two people traveling on their own who would like to share, we can put you two in a shared room. Please contact us if this is your preference.
