reclaim & radiate

Join us for a soul-nourishing escape to Praia da Luz, a sun-soaked coastal village in southern Portugal. Our home for the week is a private retreat estate surrounded by natural beauty and ocean breezes—an ideal setting for rest, renewal, and a journey back to yourself. Let the rhythm of the sea and the warmth of the sun support your self-discovery and rejuvenation.

We’ll be calling AltaVista Lodge home for the week—a thoughtfully designed boutique retreat nestled above Portugal’s southern coastline. With sweeping ocean views, bright and breezy rooms, and welcoming shared spaces, it’s the perfect blend of elevated comfort and relaxed vibes. Our days will flow between grounding movement—daily yoga and Pilates—and curated adventures like coastal hikes, a private catamaran sail, and time to wander through nearby seaside villages. Whether you're stretched out with a book by the pool or catching golden hour on the cliffs, this is your space to slow down, connect, and come alive.

The entire lodge is ours to enjoy, complete with an open-air yoga shala, indoor and outdoor pools, an infrared sauna, a cozy indoor bubble pool, and a private garden overlooking the sea. It’s a space made for both restoration and celebration—whether you’re rising with the sun, flowing with intention, or settling into stillness at the end of a full day. All meals will be prepared by our private chef from Basil Algarve, and all yoga mats and props will be provided.

This week is a beautiful blend of yoga retreat and travel adventure on the southern coast of Portugal. Each day will include one to two yoga sessions, designed to support both movement and rest. Expect plenty of space for laughter, connection, and casual hangouts, as well as time for personal reflection and quiet moments to soak in the surroundings. Included in your registration: all yoga instruction, accommodations, meals, and group excursions to nearby beaches and charming towns.

Space is limited to 18 participants.

What is the daily itinerary?

We’re very flexible when it comes to schedules and itineraries. We have two yoga classes scheduled a day, in the morning and early evening, but of course all are optional. The rest of the day and evening is completely up to you, we’ll be there to offer up ideas for the group!

Questions

Can I share a room with someone else?

We’d be happy to arrange this, although most people joining us on their own seem to like their own room. We normally put people in a shared room if they’re traveling together and request it specifically – friends, siblings, couples etc. However, if we do get requests from two people traveling on their own who would like to share, we can put you two in a shared room. Please contact us if this is your preference.
