My journey with yoga began shortly after my college years, and from the moment I started, it resonated deeply with me. The practice filled a void I had long wanted to address, offering me a supportive environment to release tension, alleviate stress, and reconnect with my authentic self. Since 2004, I've dedicated myself to a continuous exploration of yoga, delving into both its physical and philosophical aspects.
Sarah‘s yoga practice began in 2009 after trying to warm Vinyasa flow. At first, it was just about forcing herself to stretch, and a different way to stay active, but something was different about these movement classes. It quickly became more than just a physical practice, not only was she moving her body in no way, but her mind was changing.
In 2013 Sarah completed her 200-hour power YTT at Zuda Yoga in Sacramento. As a student of life, Sarah believes in the benefits of all forms of yoga. Sarah‘s message is growth and strives to create a safe place for students to find their growth edge, where change is sparked. From her classes, you can expect unique, inspiring, flows and intended to help you find your balance of strength and softness in the movement, an invitation to find ease amongst effort, curated playlist always, and loving hands on assists.
