come back to being

Step away from the rush of daily life and join us for a culinary, cultural, and movement-focused retreat in Argentina, where vineyards stretch toward the Andes and long tables invite slow conversations. For seven days and six nights, this extraordinary setting will become our home for savoring, exploring, and reconnecting in style.

This retreat invites you to experience the pleasure of living fully. Mornings begin with yoga and mindful movement. Afternoons unfold with chef-driven meals, curated wine experiences, and thoughtfully guided excursions that showcase Argentina’s finest expressions of terroir and culture. Each day is designed to balance connection and curiosity with time to rest and enjoy the luxury of unhurried living.

Rooted in presence, flavor, and community, this week offers a refined blend of yoga, food, and wine, created to inspire and delight. Together we will explore new landscapes, share meaningful experiences, and celebrate the beauty of slowing down in good company.

Finca Adalgisa is a boutique vineyard estate tucked into the heart of Mendoza’s famed wine region in Chacras de Coria, where century-old Malbec vines and historic architecture create an atmosphere of quiet elegance and timeless charm. This intimate property—set within lush gardens and sprawling vineyards—feels less like a traditional hotel and more like an invitation into a gracious Argentine home where every detail reflects heritage, hospitality, and the rhythms of the land.

With just a handful of beautifully appointed rooms and suites, Finca Adalgisa offers refined comfort with views of gardens, vines, and quiet courtyards. Days here unfold with the pleasure of slow mornings, refreshing swims by the pool, and evenings spent sharing exceptional wines crafted on-site, paired with inspired local cuisine. Whether you wander the vines, relax in shaded garden nooks, or gather around long tables for memorable meals, this estate provides the perfect base for savoring the best of Mendoza with warmth and style.

Questions

Can I share a room with someone else?

We’d be happy to arrange this, although most people joining us on their own seem to like their own room. We normally put people in a shared room if they’re traveling together and request it specifically – friends, siblings, couples etc. However, if we do get requests from two people traveling on their own who would like to share, we can put you two in a shared room. Please contact us if this is your preference.
